Delivery and payment

Delivery is a paid service. LusiaFood.am prepares and delivers food right after receiving an order. If it is not possible to prepare and/or deliver the order by any reason LusiaFood takes responsibility to inform about it to the customer as soon as possible.

If there are no unfavorable conditions LusiaFood.am is resposible for delivering the order to the customer according to the conditions and dates as specified by the customer.

Online payment

The order is confirmed right after processing the online payment.

LusiaFood.am can confirm or cancel the order if it contains any uncertainties or the personal data are unclear. The online payment is refundable only if the order is not possible to prepare properly or there are other unforeseen obstacles for processing it.

The customer can inform LusiaFood about any problems while processing the online payment by either of the contacts in the "Contact us" section.

Refund policy

LusiaFood.am takes responsibility for the quality of the food introduced in the website.

We deliver fresh and high quality food made of natural raw materials containing no preservatives.

If the above mentioned standards are not kept LusiaFood refunds the order fully or partially if the customer returns the food in the condition it has been delivered.

The customer can send complaints to LusiaFood by either of the contacts in the "Contact us" section.
